WHAT THIS IS
The part of the Cillino database that is derived from Open Food Facts (https://world.openfoodfacts.org/), in full:
  1. Source-level tables: every fact Cillino took from Open Food Facts (claim, with field-level provenance), the
     product records Cillino created from them (sauce, brand, variant), barcodes, ingredient lists and how each
     ingredient was mapped (ingredient_item), countries (market), links between Open Food Facts records and Cillino
     identifiers (link), photo records (image), merges (merge) and review decisions (decision).
  2. The Open Food Facts-derived data exactly as published on cillino.com (site_row / site_file): the files
     data/off-derived.json, data/off-derived-gtin.json, data/images.json and data/off/<id>.json, including
     Cillino's classifications, flavor readings and lists of similar sauces computed from Open Food Facts data.
     verify: `python -m hotsauce odbl-verify <build>` rebuilds those files from this release and compares them.
  3. The field registry (field): every published field, what it depends on and which layer it belongs to.

NOT IN IT
Data with no Open Food Facts input: USDA FoodData Central records (public domain, CC0; available from the USDA) and
Cillino readings computed only from them; Cillino's software (classification, flavor and pairing rules); community
content (there is none yet). No personal data. Whether all of this separation is legally required or sufficient is
under legal review; when in doubt, data was put IN this release.

shown in photos belong to their owners.
